Welcome to Blair Martinez, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, learning platform, and all continuing-education services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).
Our business is registered in the State of New Jersey, we are an approved continuing-education provider by the Florida Board of Nursing. We align our policies and course-development practices with the standards of the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and International Association for Continuing Education & Training (IACET) as we pursue accreditation from those bodies.
By using the Services, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
- Registration: To enroll in a course, bundle, or subscription, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Age and Professional Status: You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and, if claiming continuing-education credit, that you are a licensed healthcare professional.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
- Prohibited Sharing: Account sharing, impersonation, or using another person’s account is strictly prohibited.
- One-Time Course Purchases: You may purchase individual courses for a single fee; access duration is stated at purchase (typically one year).
- Course Bundles: Discounted bundles provide access to multiple courses under the same access window and refund rules.
- Subscription Plans & Auto Renewal: Subscription plans (monthly or annual) grant access to designated courses for the term. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You authorize us or our payment processor to charge your saved payment method on each renewal date. Cancel anytime effective at the end of the current term. We email renewal reminders 30–60 days before any renewal of a term twelve months or longer, per applicable Florida law.
- Continuing Education hours:
- We report completions for Florida licensees directly to CE Broker.
- Outside Florida, acceptance of credits depends on your state board; verify acceptance before purchase.
- We align with ANCC/AANP/IACET standards but are not yet accredited by them.
- Fees and Taxes: Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes until checkout
- Payment Processing: Transactions are processed through third-party PCI-compliant processors; we do not store full card numbers.
- Auto-Renewal Charges: Recurring fees are charged automatically at each renewal term. Maintain current payment information to avoid interruption.
- Price Changes: We may change prices with reasonable prior notice; new rates apply on the next billing cycle unless you cancel.
- One-time Courses/Bundles: Full refund within 7 days if the course is incomplete and no certificate has been issued.
- Subscriptions: Cancel anytime. First-time subscribers may request a refund within 7 days provided you have completed no more than three (3) contact hours. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable once the term begins.
- Course Cancellations by Company: If we cancel a course or you experience platform failure, you may choose a refund or credit.
All course materials, trademarks, and site content are owned by Blair Martinez LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use. Copying, redistributing, or commercial exploitation is prohibited without written permission.
You agree not to:
- Violate any law.
- Infringe intellectual property rights.
- Share or sell course materials.
- Interfere with site security.
- Harass or defame others on interactive features.
The Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course or subscription that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of state or federal courts in New Jersey. Class-action waivers apply where permissible.
Changes to these Terms will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
