My name is Nelda Ephraim and I am the CEO of Blair Martinez, Nursing Continuing Education. I am so very pleased to offer you continuing education courses, developed for nurses, by nurses. The idea for creating this company came to mind due to the challenges I experienced as a registered professional nurse trying to find meaningful content beyond licensure requirements. Searching for speciality related content didn't always have some of the intricate details of nursing that would enhance clinical practice. So, in creating my course catalog, I ask nurses if they could create a course, what type of content would you like to see. That desire for nurse driven topics related to the nursing specialities materialized into Blair Martinez.
