My name is Nelda Ephraim, and I am the CEO of Blair Martinez, Nursing Continuing Education. With over 32 years of experience in clinical nursing and nursing education, I am pleased to offer continuing education courses developed by nurses, for nurses. The idea for this company arose from the challenges I faced as a registered professional nurse seeking meaningful content beyond licensure requirements. Specialty-related content often overlooks the nursing details essential to everyday clinical practice. When creating my course catalog, I ask nurses: if they could create a course, what type of content would they like to see? That collective desire for nurse-driven topics grounded in specialty practice ultimately materialized into Blair Martinez.
